Food was okay. I way looking for more flavor in my dish. Being Italian I've eaten my fair share of Italian food. The appetizer we ordered was good. Ravioli is quite pricey for 6"ish" pieces as an entrée. And for a 4 dollar soda, we should have been asked for a refill, but the glass sat empty for 50% of the meal and neither of us were ever asked if we wanted a refill, but hey they asked if we wanted desert...
Appetizer Main &Desert. All check! Really good restaurant.
Still love the simple olive oil and bread here most of all. It's to die for!
order the mushroom truffle pasta, it was really good! 9/10And order the creme caramel for dessert, it was 5/10, too sweet and it can not hold its shape.
Small, but quaint, with good service and your usual Italian favorites.
Great person service. Mouth watering food. This was the best experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Hands down I would recommend it to anyone.
TV-dinner grade pasta sauce.
My second favorite Italian restaurant in the city and favorite in the neighborhood.Tried their seafood appetizers, salads and entrees on numerous occasions. Never disappointed. Service is a bit on the slow side but pretty good otherwise.
The waiter was actually Italian which was a vote of confidence that didn't fail at any point throughout the meal! Great service and delicious options. I had a wine and seafood pasta, all of which I enjoyed greatly. Portions are large so come hungry!
Enchanting Italian on 3rd Street before ATT SF Giants game serving excellent pastas & Italian wines conjures up Joe DiMaggio vibes of North Beach -- not quite a homerun but a double for sure.
Fantastic food. The lasagna is awesome. Service with a smile
This was our third time eating lunch here, and we wonder how we missed it for a year before that. The food is excellent, starting with fresh bread served with olive tapenade. The pasta is great, cooked al dente, with several nice sauces. And the prices on the lunch specials are quite reasonable. I'll be back soon.
I've had almost everything on the lunch menu and it is all very good.
Best lunch value in the area. Great food and great service.
A good and notable Italian restaurant.
Good rack of lamb.
Nice low key Italian restaurant in Soma. Very reasonably priced wine list. Northern Italian style. Great service. Generous portion of vin Santo and desserts.
Come and find out how great it is.
Always a great meal; super warm service
Quite possibly the best Italian food I've had in San Francisco, definitely pay them a visit.
One of the best Italian restaurant in SOMA!I had an amazing lasagna and I can't wait to go back to try their other plates. The environment is small and friendly, perfect for a date night. The waiter was very nice and also suggested us some of their best plates.
Giving 3 stars, wanting to give 3.5. it was a group of 40 people for lunch. The appetizers and the dessert were excellent. My entree was ravioli stuffed with sea bass with a lobster sauce. And it didn't seem to have been spiced with anything at all. Another person ordered pasta with a lamb ragu and she said it was excellent. I sure wish I'd ordered that instead.
Good wine! Ask for a wine recommendation. Gluten free options available upon request. It can get busy for dinner towards later evening hours, so come towards early evening or make a reservation.
The food taste good, but severs slow.
The last few times I've come here, it's really changed in terms of food quality and service. The last time I came here was with my sister and my bf. It was very difficult to get the attention of the server, even though the restaurant wasn't that busy. The food was all right, but definitely not the same as I remembered it. The pasta was overcooked and the food in general just wasn't as tasty as I expected. I'm a bit disappointed since the location was so convenient, but I guess I'll be getting my Italian fix elsewhere now.
Food is... Fine. Nothing to distinguish it from many other Italian choices in SF. Prices are a bit too high for the quality and portion size. Location is good for a business meal.
Very good value for the price. Good service too.
